Administrator required for our established and successful Branch.

- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
- Free parking on site

Main duties will involve:
- Inputting candidates hours into excel
- Assisting with Payroll
- Dealing with queries from candidates and clients both face-to-face, via email and over the phone
- Entering and maintaining candidate records onto database
- Collating and updating spreadsheets, reports
- General office administration
- Supporting our Recruitment Consultants in a busy and vibrant environment
- Meeting, greeting and registering candidates in the office

The successful candidate should be:
- Analytical with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient using Microsoft Office package
- Able to work in a busy environment and to tight deadlines
- Able to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Professional and polite
- A team player with an efficient and proactive approach
