The Customer Complaints Handler is at the heart of the business and are committed to improving their customer's experience.
You would be working in a fast-paced and energetic customer service centre, based in Glasgow. This role plays an integral part in the delivery of a professional, reliable and bespoke service which ensures the customer experience is second to none!
The role of the Customer Complaints Handler requires a confident, articulate and resilient individual who can offer an extremely high quality of service, even when dealing with complex problems or complaints.
All of our handlers go the extra mile to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and this is a key skill needed to be successful in this role. There is no typical day and no typical call- you will need to think on your feet and be able to engage customers from all backgrounds.
- Managing customer complaints
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to multi-task, and think on your feet
- Be comfortable with objection handling
- Tech savvy- as you will juggle multiple systems
- Being able to problem solve is a must!
You will be offered a full induction training programme that will help enhance your existing skills as well as provide you with the tools and confidence to be successful within this role. On-going support and learning is offered throughout the role.
