The Education Network is working with a brilliant school in Castle Vale who are looking for an English Teacher to join them from January, and for the remainder of the academic year - with a potential of it becoming a permanent position in July 2018.

They are an Ofsted Good School, with a high percentage of pupil premium - but this means that they have a lot of Teach First candidates as well as Oxbridge grads, so you can tell the standard of teahcing at the school.

They have a remarkable culture and ethos that is immediately apparent from stepping onto the site. This vacancy is because of a long-term illness that was not foreseeable by the school, and is unusual for the school as they have excellent staff retention.

This school is looking for:

oan NQT English Teacher, or
oQTS English Teacher
oA teacher able to educate up to Key Stage 5
oSomeone to work with SEN, and G&T pupils
oA teacher who can create a positive working environment with effective behaviour management

The Education Network has recently met, and started working with a school which is looking for an NQT English Teacher, or QTS English Teacher to join them immediately. This Ofsted good school has fewer than 1200 pupils including a sixth form, and are looking to receive an outstanding grading in their next Ofsted inspection.
