I started my career in 2014 as an Assistant Service Executive in the settlements department with very little knowledge of the pensions industry, but with an eagerness to learn. I later progressed to become a Service Executive, then Senior Service Executive, taking on more advanced tasks and training colleagues.

In 2017 I moved to the customer relations team, dealing with multiple investor queries where each case is unique. I enjoy investigating cases, forensically putting a timeline together of events that led to the customer getting in touch with our team. Salary and Benefits

As the Service Executives you will work as part of a team responsible for administering products and services. Each team completes processes for an area of administration depending on the operational department the team resides in with the ultimate aim as to ensure positive customer outcomes are achieved.
You will suit this role if you have a minimum of 12 months experience in a Financial Services administration role. You should have proven skills, strong written and verbal communication, good numerical skills and an eye for detail. If you have knowledge of SIPP and/or SSAS products this will be beneficial.
