Our client who are well-established pensions and investments company, who are based in Central Bristol, are looking for a team manager to join them. They have 2 positions available. A permanent role and a 6 month FTC.

I started my career in 2014 as an Assistant Service Executive in the settlements department with very little knowledge of the pensions industry, but with an eagerness to learn. I later progressed to become a Service Executive, then Senior Service Executive, taking on more advanced tasks and training colleagues.

In 2017 I moved to the customer relations team, dealing with multiple investor queries where each case is unique. I enjoy investigating cases, forensically putting a timeline together of events that led to the customer getting in touch with our team. Most of all, I enjoy the satisfaction of dealing with the investors query in a timely and professional manner leading to a positive customer experience.
Salary and Benefits

You will be responsible for leading and motivating a pensions team of 8 - 15 people to achieve their individual and departmental goals. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and teams along with Investors, Advisers and third parties. Promoting Investor focus within the team will be key! You will develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the team's processes and the role they play in providing exceptional Investor/Advisor service and will minimise administration errors and complaints within the team. You will coach and develop your team and set KPI's and identify opportunities to enhance qualities.
You will suit this role if you have experience of supervising or managing a team. You should also have excellent knowledge of the SIPP/ SSAS market.
