Mon-Fri 8.30-16.30 starting 1st November - 22nd December 2017.
Duties include -
Answer customer queries.
Developing and managing relationships with customers.
Provide accurate and reports.
Contacting customers via telephone calls to advise of updates
The successful candidate will have Excellent Customer & Service focus ideally from a Logistics background.
Must be Confident , motivated and able to work within a team.
Communication is key and must demonstrate at all times a profession approach.
Good working knowledge of MS Packages and SAP
Must have a flexible approach to work.
