Hours 8.00am – 4.30pm Mon – Thursday, 8am – 4pm Friday (45 mins lunch)
A well-established, forward thinking Worcester based business is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in creating a challenging and rewarding environment to work within.
Based in Worcester within a medium sized Sales Support team you will be responsible for the following:-
Outbound Customer Care Calls to existing Customers.
Prospecting calls to follow up marketing campaign
Responding to incoming sales enquires
Updating software system
Answering telephone calls
Supporting field sales team
Responding to a high volume of emails
The Successful Applicant
Must have experience in a Sales Support Role
Experience with ERP and /or CRM systems
Intermediate Excel or Spreadsheet skills & analytical
Must have a high standard of verbal and written communication
Must be detail orientated
A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
Happy to undertake ongoing training
