I am looking for a Social Media Co coordinator to work for a friendly/dynamic travel company in the Heart of Bristol.
As the Social Media Co coordinator you should be bursting with new ideas and inspiration and have some experience of running social media campaigns, buying and managing online advertising and the most important thing is being able to measure the success of any digital marketing activity.
You will be charged with helping drive company growth through the successful implementation of a wide range of social media marketing activity. You will work with the other members of the team and external partners to develop overall strategy. You will be developing metrics by which to analyse the success of the company's social media marketing and will use these to refine general activity and campaigns to be more effective in future. Your primary focus will be on utilising social media platforms to grow our base of followers, generate new leads and increase engagement with the brands.

You will receive a salary of £22,220 you would also be in line to receive the company performance related bonus, plus excellent benefits.
You will work for a friendly team who are extremely sociable and enjoy going out on social events, be that a bit of karaoke or even a fun treasure hunt around Bristol !
Don't worry about driving into Bristol each day as you can join the Cycle2Work scheme, no more sitting in the horrid traffic, but if you prefer to sit in your car and drive in then there are plenty of public car parks or residential parking 10 minutes away

Hour of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
You will be working for a multi award winning company that offer unique tailored tours and culture experiences that a few get the chance to discover.

You will be responsible for
? Monitor activity across all social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest,
Instagram and YouTube etc.)
? Participation in social conversations by liking, hash tagging, commenting, retweeting etc.
? Manage the scheduling of social media posts, boosted posts and advertising across all
platforms
? Plan and implement social media 'hero' campaigns and oversee continued development of
the company social media action plan
? Help develop and refine an optimal posting schedule
? Find and curate content from internal and external sources and share across appropriate
social media channels
? Assist with the production of online content
? Track and measure the success of social media initiatives on an ongoing basis and analyse
the results in order to improve future campaigns
? Report to the marketing team on the ongoing performance of the company's social media
Channels

At least two years' experience running social media campaigns in a professional capacity
? Experience of buying paid media (ads, boosted posts etc.) and an understanding of relevant
platforms
? Strong written skills for production of ad-copy and writing posts and tweets
? Excellent practical knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram,
Facebook etc.
? Proven ability to analyse social media campaign data and use this to drive campaign
improvements
? Ability to understand what is trending or topical and an up to date knowledge of current
trends, social media and marketing tools
? Experience using social media reporting tools
? Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel
? Knowledge of building marketing segments to target specific audiences
? Enthusiasm and the ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
? Resilience under pressure and an ability to get a lot done
? Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate well with the company and external
agencies
? Self-motivation and dedication to meeting the goals of the company
Additional skills that would be advantageous:
? Additional digital marketing experience such as creating email marketing campaigns and
measuring their effectiveness
? Experience travelling in any of our destinations
? An instinctive understanding of what makes an image engaging
? A good eye for design
